Ok a few weeks ago in the days of rain I was desperate for some activities for Aston. And had some left over cake mix from his 1st birthday party. So out it came.
He was intensely interested in the whole process, and I was intensely interested in making sure he didn't get chocolate cake mixture everywhere. So much so I forgot to add the butter!
What resulted was slightly crumbly but very yummy Aston muffins.
